My name is Elle! The lady behind this little site. I created Millenni-Mom as a way to create a community around motherhood, careers and to share in the conversation surrounding millennials. I currently work as a Child Care Director and have young kiddos. I have a lot of years of working with families and parents under my belt, but the world of best practice is ever-changing. There’s always more to learn!
